Middle/Senior Smart TV App Support Engineer

1.Part of the application technical support team;
2.Analyze smart TV application issues and provide technical support towards content service providers;
3.Guide the QA process;
4.Communicate with our content service providers;
5.Response for premium application certification;
6.Development support knowledge base;
7.Cooperate with internal and external stakeholders including Platform suppliers, Validation team, Business Development team;
1.At least two years of experience in Android/AOSP software and web development or testing/debugging;
2.Good stakeholder management skills with regard to business and partner contacts;
3.Good communication skills, English language fluent and is mandatory;
4.Customer service oriented;
2) OS – Linux, Windows, Android, AOSP
3) Server side scripting languages, PHP, ASP or others

5) Frameworks – Angular, JQuery, dojo, prototype, Vuejs
