工作职责
Job Description:Project Manager is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of software implementation projects.

1.Lead the planning and implementation of project;

2.Interface and communicate with project team, management and customers;

3.Present and negotiate with customer management;

4.Support and participate in Sales presentations;

5.Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables;

6.Define project tasks and resource requirements;

7.Develop full scale project plans;

8.Coordinate project staff with internal functional department as well as customer;

9.Manage project resource allocation; Plan and schedule project timelines;

10.Track project deliverables using appropriate tools;

11.Provide direction and support to project team; Anticipates problems before they occur; defines the problem or risk; identifies possible causes; works with team to identify solutions; selects and implements most appropriate solution;

12.Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders; Analytical skills and problem-solving skills needed to manage multiple factors on a project simultaneously;

13.Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions;

14.Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs;

15.Proactively identify risks and issues on projects - leading team to develop risk management and issues management plans;

16.Identifies potential points of contention for missed deliverables; creates and implements strategy to mitigate shortfalls in timeline and budget;

17.Support & Participate in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows, and telemarketing events;

18.Follow-up for collection of payment.
资格条件
1.Knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of project management with Software background (preferably with Android or Linux understanding);

2.Experience with Customer Management (Account Management/Sales) and marketing is a big plus;

3.Min 2 years of experience;

4.Some Sales and Business Development knowledge is a plus & helpful;

5.Good written and verbal communication skills (both in English and Chinese);

6.Excellent with Power Point presentation;

7.Understanding of business process is a plus;

8.Positive Attitude with team work spirit.
